Merhaba Berat, 
Öncelikle şunu söylemek istiyorum  clComponent.SetupComponen bu yapıyla yazmamanını istiyorum. Şu an yapı da desteklemiyoruz. 
Hatanın sebebi de prosedürü 'acma'  adı altında oluşturmuşsun ama Event da çağırırken start olarak çağırmışsın
