Masaüstü .exe' den projemi çalıştırıyorum. Merhaba Sümeyye, 
TclRest ile aldığın Status Code: 0 hatası aslında sunucunun bir hata kodu döndürdüğü anlamına gelmiyor, uygulamanın sunucuya fiziksel olarak hiç ulaşamadığı ve bağlantının daha kurulamadan koptuğunu ifade ediyor. 
Öncelikle şunu sormak istiyorum Clomosy tarafını mobilden mi masaüstü .exe'den mi bakıyorsun?
olası bazı hata sebepleri 
Geçersiz bir SSL sertifikası olabilir 
.NET tarafında ki güvenlik ayarlarından olabilir,
