Merhaba Kaan,
MinLenght tarzı bir komut şu an için desteklenmiyor ama bu talebi teknik birime ileteceğim. 

İstersen;
    if (Length(EdtSifre.Text) < 6) // Minimum 6 karakter istiyorsak
    {
      ShowMessage('Şifreniz en az 6 karakterden oluşmalıdır');
    } 
Böyle bir prosedür yazıp edit içerisine sınırlandırma getirebilirsin.
