Merhaba İrem,

Saat girebildiğin hazır bir nesne bulunmamaktadır. Saat ve dakika için ayrı ayrı TclNumberBox nesnesin kullanarak yada TclEdit kullanarak string parçalama özellikleri ile kullanabilirsin.
