Merhaba İrem,
onItemClicked prosedüründe 
testListview.clSelectedItemData('MAIN_TEXT'); 
bu şekilde tıklanan elemanın değerini öğrenebiliyorsun. Daha sonra sql den bu elemanın durumunu sorgulaman gerekiyor. 
SELECT DURUM FROM TABLO WHERE FIELD = testListview.clSelectedItemData('MAIN_TEXT')
buradan gelen değeri okursun.
