Merhaba Cafer,
Kullandığın resmin sonunda jpeg,png vb. uzantılar yer almalı. Bunlar olmadığı için dosya olarak arıyor.

Aldığım Hata : RUNTIME ERROR

Resim Çekmekte hata veriyor select sorgusuna resim çekme kodunu ekledikten sonra bu hatayı aldım.
