İki temel hatan mevcut. 
Biri değişken tanımlarken testListView=TCLListView; atama operatörünü kullanman
testListView : TCLListView; olması gerekiyordu 

Bir diğeri de   testListView = anaForm.AddNewListView(MyForm,'testListView'); ilgili satır da myform olarak geçiyor formun adı ama değişkenler de tanımlarken anaform şeklinde tanımlamışsın.
